Mandy Blocher is a Biomedical Engineer and Expert in Regulatory Intelligence and Digital Transformation at Aesculap (a division of B. Braun). She drives the optimization, digitalization, and seamless integration of regulatory requirements into business processes and daily operations. With a strong focus on advanced and future-oriented IT applications supporting the execution of regulatory driven processes including PLM solutions she develops efficient, compliant, and future ready ways of working that support innovation and competitiveness in the MedTech industry.
Her strategic expertise is grounded in leadership roles across Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Intelligence, and PLM Implementation. She successfully established and optimized sustainable regulatory-driven processes and passionately drives the digital transformation of Regulatory Affairs. Earlier in her career, she held impactful positions in smaller MedTech companies, establishing and managing QM system, product registration, and regulatory support for development projects.
