Ms. Kim has worked at public or private medical and pharmaceutical companies for over 25 years. She founded Synex Consulting Ltd. in 2002, a Seoul-based consulting firm specializing in solutions for regulatory approvals, clinical trials, reimbursement listing, market research and business model development. She is also active in Korea Medical Device Industry Association, Korea Society of Food, Drug and Cosmetics Regulatory Sciences and Korea Association of Health Technology Assessment). She has also been invited to advisory roles to Korea Food & Drug Administration (KFDA), Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service (HIRA) and Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW).
Young works and resides in Seoul, South Korea.
