Yun-Hsuan Chang, MD MSc

Yun-Hsuan Chang, MD MSc, is an Internal Clinician at Scarlet. She qualified as a medical doctor at the University of Heidelberg in Germany and spent her early career working at the spinal cord injury centre at the University of Heidelberg. She subsequently worked in radiation oncology and oncology in both Germany and the UK, before transitioning into digital health, with experience on both the manufacturer side and now within a Notified Body. She has a particular interest in electronic health record (EHR) data, data analysis, interoperability, and AI as a medical device (AIaMD), with experience in the integration and use of real-world clinical data to support research and regulatory decision-making.
