Thierry Sirdey

With a background in chemical engineering, Thierry Sirdey spent seven years in the medical device industry developing an innovative medical device. During this time, he transitioned to quality and regulatory roles. In 2005, he joined the French competent authority in the medical devices and in vitro diagnostic devices department. Holding various management positions, covering all the activities of a competent authority until 2024. Thierry was co-chair and chair (2024) of the Competent Authority Medical Device Network (CAMD). Since 2026, Thierry SIRDEY is a member of the RAPS European Council.
