Associate Director Post-Market Surveillance
Miltenyi Biotec B.V. & Co. KG, Germany

Dr. Julia Friedrich is Associate Director of Post-Market Surveillance at Miltenyi Biotec B.V. & Co. KG. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that the PMS process is conducted in compliance with the MDR, as well as for the strategic development of post-market surveillance activities, and she supports the establishment of a robust risk management system.
Her focus is on the further digitization and optimization of the involved processes to sustainably strengthen regulatory excellence, efficiency, and product safety.
She holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy. Since 2022, she has established herself as a recognized expert in the field of post-market surveillance and risk management for medical devices.
