Seán O'Callaghan has been working in Notified Bodies since 2019 and has been with BSI for over 2 years where he works as a Technical Reviewer and Scheme Manager and 5 years prior NB experience. He has expert knowledge on the implementation of the IVDR and the effective execution of a compliant technical file. Prior to working for Notified Bodies Seán worked as a Biomedical Scientist across multiple laboratories in the fields of Histopatholoy, Haematology & Transfusion and BioChemistry. Seán holds a BSc in Biomedical Science and MSc in Haematology and Transfusion and an MSc in International Regulatory Affairs for Medical Devices and Technologies.
