Max Ostermann is a research associate and doctoral candidate at the Else Kröner Center for Digital Health, TU Dresden. He has a masters in computer science and now focuses on cybersecurity of medical devices and AI in medical applications as his key research interests. As part of the EU Horizon project CYMEDSEC, he researches threats and safeguards in clinical technologies. Parts of his work have been published in journals such as The Lancet Digital Health, npj Digital Medicine and JMIR.
