Sofia Palm currently holds a position as Regulatory Lead within Global Regulatory Compliance team of BSI. She works within the Regulatory Team to support the regulatory oversight of medical devices including strategy, policy, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with the various legislative and designation requirements. Sofia has previously held other BSI roles such as Principal Technical Specialist & Scheme Manager, Clinical Evaluation Specialist and Decision Maker. Prior to joining BSI, she held roles as Product & Technical Support Specialist, Process Engineer as well as Development Engineer at St Jude Medical working with products for bradycardia and tachycardia. Sofia holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Biology from the University of Linköping, Sweden.
